In Sumy, there was held a training “Leadership and Teamwork” for members of the Sumy Regional Youth Council.

Together with our experienced coach Viktor Bobyrenko, the participants learned about the following:

- How to build a really effective and successful team, where everyone plays a role;

- Ways and methods of effective communication in the team to achieve common goals;

- The place and role of the leader in the team and other details of teamwork.

According to the coach, young activists are passionate about new knowledge and practical tasks.
