– is a civil society institution that unites experts in the fields of Sociology and Political Science, as well as activists who analyze state and local programs, state and local budgets and inter-budgetary relations. The strategic direction of the organization's activity is to counteract the spread of Russian narratives and propaganda. We also conduct anti-corruption research.

Our mission

Building bridges of objectivity in the systemic triangle Power - Community - Media through policy analysis, informing and promoting the values of civil society.

Our main tasks:

  • To influence the formation and implementation of state and local policy;
  • To study and analyze state policy at all levels in economic, legal, social, humanitarian, cultural, educational, scientific and other spheres;
  • To develop and promote (advocate) normative legal acts of state and local importance;
  • To establish exchange of experience and best practices in the field of local self-government, protection of public, political and social rights;
  • To search for innovative solutions to community problems and implement alternative approaches to political processes;
  • To counteract populism and Russian propaganda.

In order to achieve the goals and objectives, the Bureau for Policy Analysis carries out the following activities:

  • Disseminates information and promotes its ideas and goals;
  • Promotes the formation and implementation of all-Ukrainian and local programs of socio-economic development;
  • Organizes and conducts theoretical and scientific & practical conferences, debates, trainings, seminars, courses, debates, competitions, conferences, meetings, etc.;
  • Organizes and holds meetings with politicians, scientists, government officials;
  • Organizes and conducts social and sociological surveys and research on issues important to the community and individual target groups;
  • Monitors the election process and monitors election campaigns;
  • Promotes the cohesion of broad public circles for the realization of constitutional human rights and freedoms;
  • Attracts citizens to active participation in socio-political life, promotes their social activity;
  • Contributes to the cultural revival of the Ukrainian people and the spiritual enrichment of the individual, the comprehensive development of culture, traditions and customs, the revival of historical memory and national identity;
  • Conducts information campaigns to counteract propaganda;
  • Implements educational projects on adult education.
