Zelensky came to power, among other things, on the great desire of Ukrainians to have peace in the country. We all remember his catch phrases: ‘just stop shooting’ and ‘negotiate somewhere in the middle’.

December 9 marks one year since the last meeting in Paris between the Presidents of Ukraine, France and Russia and the Chancellor of Germany, at which the parties reaffirmed the need to maintain the Minsk agreements.

And now it will be necessary to answer the eternal Russian question: who is to blame and what to do? If there is no peace, should someone take the fall? That is why Zelensky is active through Kravchuk.

It was clear to the experts from the beginning of the conflict that only the party that provoked and started the conflict, Russia, could end the conflict in this case. Green men, seizure of administrative premises by Russian tourists in Luhansk and Donetsk Regions, direct military invasion near Ilovaisk and Debaltseve.

Putin's ears are all around. But the Kremlin's information strategy is as follows: there’s an internal, civil conflict in Ukraine. And Ukraine's armed forces are fighting in Donbas against miners and tractor drivers dissatisfied with Kyiv's policy.

Russia does not want to recognize itself as a party to the conflict and is constantly giving us the idea: negotiate with representatives of the DPR/LPR.

We want peace. But the occupied Ukrainian territories are also like a suitcase without a handle for Russia. It is expensive to keep it, and at the same time Russia is under pressure of sanctions. But Russia through Kravchuk and Fokins wants to impose its version of appeasement on us again. And their confidence that they will be able to put the squeeze is based on sociology.

1) Zelensky failed in the fight against COVID, the economy is in a state of disrepair, corruption has multiplied, friends from the Kvartal 95 Studio show incompetence, and the majority in parliament exists only on paper. Only some kind of peace is able to correct the falling rating. 2) The latest sociological information shows that even now 57% of Ukrainians believe that Ukraine will achieve peace and normalization of relations with Russia in the near future.

In conditions when Ukraine wants peace, but Russia is also trying to get rid of sanctions, the one who waits out and outtalks will win in a diplomatic duel. And Russians know that Zelensky is on fire. And Ukraine is more vulnerable because of this.

Volodymyr Oleksandrovych wants to change his own ratings for the future of the nation. And Russia is pressing. And sometimes it feels like our negotiators in Minsk are not playing on our side.

Once again, Russia is playing on the hopes of Ukrainians for a speedy peace, on our impatience and ignorance. But the opinions of Ukrainians change if you dig deeper and ask more specific questions. It’s tested on several focus groups. Here is an example:

When citizens seeking peace are asked: Look, now people who have not paid contributions to the pension fund for the last 7 years will retire in occupied Donetsk and Luhansk. Are you ready to forgive them? You paid - they did not pay. But you will receive the same, because we need to go to reconciliation.

And many are against such forgiveness and equalization. However, even more categorical attitude is among those who fought.

It turns out to the logic of things that after the amnesty, the citizens of Ukraine who fought in the so-called militia forces have the right to the status of member of hostilities. And what’s about those who received a disability? - The right to payment of tens of thousands of hryvnias.

And what’s about the families of the dead followers of Russian world by the hands of the bloody junta? - It’s hundreds of thousands of hryvnias. Do you understand? When Pushylin will receive the status of UBD (member of hostilities) after reconciliation? Will these 7 years be included to the employment record for qualification to any DPR Minister of Sports? A simple question? And if so, how many of our veterans are ready to be equated with those who have been killing them for Kremlin money for such a long period? And you know, there’re fewer and fewer supporters of peace at such cost.

Kravchuk states (quote): We are talking about special conditions of local self-government in these territories, which must be enshrined in law… Ukraine is ready to provide for other humanitarian, linguistic features of life in these territories.

What is this but capitulation to Russia? What are the special conditions and for whom? Kravchuk may be ready to do anything in front of terrorists, but this is definitely not the majority of Ukrainians.

According to Kravchuk's plan, Ukraine is to hold elections to ORDLO on March 31, 2021. This is when neither the Ukrainian language nor history has been taught there for 7 years. This is when people have been brainwashed with the Moscow propaganda there, when they know nothing even about Ukrainian political parties.

Does anyone believe in the fairness of such elections? Even if Russia agrees to allow peacekeepers to enter the border and demarcation line, elections need to be held in just a few years, when they get used to Ukrainian flags again.

Therefore, it must be honestly stated that Kravchuk-Zelensky's peace plan is bullshit.

Peace is possible only on our terms.

No surrender!

Glory to Ukraine!
